Registered Fitness Programs

Registered fitness programs are a great way to try something new and make new friends. Each week, an instructor will lead you and a small group through a set of progressive exercises suitable for all levels and abilities. Whatever your fitness or health goals, we invite you to explore your own path towards active living. Choose from a variety of programs such as:
  • TRX Yoga
  • Yin Yoga
  • Restorative Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Pilates and Power Pilates
  • Pound
  • Women on Weights and Girls Only Fitness for Youth
We also work closely with community partners to offer evidence informed programs to help manage chronic conditions such as:
  • Exercises for those with Parkinson’s Disease
  • Stay Strong
  • FAME (Fitness and Mobility Exercise) for Stroke Recovery
Note that schedules and course fees are subject to change. Registration is first-come-first-serve and may be done online, by phone, or in person. If the course you want is full, please sign-up for the waitlist in the event that space becomes available.
