We are not currently offering any space for rent or otherwise due to the pandemic.

Parking
Three hour parking limit in effect 7:00am to 7:00pm daily.

Cancellations a minimum of three weeks in advance or no refunds provided
Terms
Damage deposit is due at time of booking.
Full payment is due at time of booking.
Rentals are subject to applicable taxes
Entadem (previously SOCAN and RE:SOUND) fees may be applicable.
